Renting a home is similar to buying a home, Please have the following ready:

1.) Driver License/ ID

2.) Last 2 Paycheck Stubs or Last Tax Returns

3.) Background Check will be completed

4.) Credit Check will be completed

5.) Application Fee

6.) Security Deposits once approved 

7.) Pet Deposits

1.Some homes have online applications and you will upload documents to the portal and pay all fees online. 

or

2. Some homes request paper applications and you will scan and email me the documents. I'll send those documents to the home owners agent for processing and you will pay fee's upon home owners requested options.
